Idli Upma|South Indian idli upma|Idly Recipe
Ingredients:
Idly – 5 nos smashed
Oil – 4 tsp
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Chilli or idly molaga podi – 2 tsp
Salt-to taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal – 1/2 tsp
Channa dhal – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Take a tawa and add oil.
- Now add mustard, urad and channa dhal, cook it to golden brown.
- Add the smashed idly and sprinkle chilli powder, salt and sugar.
- Mix well and serve hot.
